• college degree in horticulture or related field OR equivalent work experience in another greenhouse
• assisting the greenhouse manager in maintaining the greenhouses in growing flowers, vegetables and other plants
• knowledge of various plants' needs
  
• ability to retain knowledge and work independently
• self-motivated
